Over the next month you are going to see a few changes to the flow of our store. You won’t see much change to product location, but we are moving the registers and taking down, what we refer to as “the Great Wall.” Most everything will stay in the same areas, just better. This plan has been in progress for years and we are so excited to start. It will be quick and painless for the most part.
We are bringing in a reset team to assist with the remodel, so our Rockford team can concentrate on you, our customers. We are upping the service during this time as well. The ultimate goal is to get you in and out as fast as we can by streamlining the checkouts and adding a register. If you see some new faces in our store, please do not hesitate to ask them for help. They are members of the reset team, but their job is to help us maintain excellent customer service during this transition.
