Q. What are your store hours?
A. We are open seven days a week:
- Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm
- Sunday: 9:00am-5:00pm
- Monday: 8:00am-8:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am-8:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am-8:00pm
- Thursday: 8:00am-8:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am-8:00pm
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We try our best to accommodate situations that arise when working on home projects, and for the most part, we have a lenient return policy.
If you have your receipt, we will return the purchase price of the item however it was originally purchased. (I.E. if originally purchased with a credit card, the return will be refunded back to the credit card.)
If you do not have your receipt, we will try to find your purchase on our system for you. If we are able to find it, then we would proceed with the return as if the receipt had been brought in originally. If we are unable to find a receipt for the items, they may still be returned, but for store credit only.
We do not accept returns from other Ace stores for product we do not carry. Cut items such as pipe, tubing, and Velcro are not refundable. Tinted paint is also unable to be returned.

Q. Do you rent tools and equipment?
A. We do have a wallpaper steamer, carpet cleaners (both Bissell and Rug Doctor), faucet stem pullers, drain snakes, augers, lawn rollers, and aerators. However, we do not rent other tools or equipment. If you are looking for such items – please try Grand Rental in Rockford.
